Lima, Peru 1958. Studies: Pontificia Universidad Católica de Perú. Admitted to the Lima Bar Association in 1983. Ph.D. studies in Business Law at Universidad de Sevilla (2003-2005). Professional experience: Advisor to the Supreme Criminal Prosecutor's Office (1983); partner at Estudio Flint Abogados (1986-November 2001); registered arbitrator of the National and International Settlement and Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and the Superior Council for Public Procurement and Contracting (CONSUCODE), member of different Courts of Arbitration.
